‘Build green houses, help combat global warming’ [Hubli]

DAVANAGERE: DC K Amaranarayana has highlighted the need to build more green houses to check global warming. After inaugurating a three-day expo of construction materials at Renuka Mandir here recently, he spoke on the role of civil engineers in using eco-friendly materials for building houses which can save the environment.
MLA Shamanur Shivashankarappa called upon the consulting engineers to maintain quality while building houses and to provide affordable houses to the underprivileged. Over 90 stalls of different building materials took part in the expo organized by Practising Engineers and Architects’ Forum
